Roobet Terms of Service

1. Introduction

1.1. Nz-roobet.com is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V. under the Roobet brand. These Terms of Service set out the rules that govern access to the Website, creation and use of an Account, participation in Games, use of betting products, deposits, withdrawals, promotions, support tools, chat features, and any other Service made available through the Website.

1.2. References to “We”, “Us”, “Our” or the “Company” mean the operator of the Website. References to “You”, “Your”, “User” or “Player” mean any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an Account, or uses any Service.

Know Your Customer

4.8. You represent and warrant that all information provided to Us is true, accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

4.9. We may request KYC documentation at any time to verify Your identity, age, address, location, payment ownership, source of funds, source of wealth, or eligibility to use the Service.

4.10. We may restrict deposits, withdrawals, Games, promotions, chat, support access, or any other Service until You complete the verification process and provide all requested information.

4.11. If You become aware that any information on Your Account is incorrect, You must update it immediately or notify support. Use of false information, third-party identities, altered documents, or aliases may result in action under Section 6.

Multiple Accounts

4.12. You warrant that You do not already hold another Account on the Website, whether active, suspended, closed, or banned, unless We have given written permission.

4.13. Accounts may be treated as connected where they share devices, IP addresses, payment methods, crypto wallets, household details, documents, login patterns, personal information, or other identifying data.

4.14. If You or a close relative creates an additional Account from the same device, household, payment method, IP address, or similar connection, You must report this to support without delay.

4.15. Failure to report a connected Account may be treated as intentional circumvention. We may restrict, close, merge, or investigate connected Accounts and may void Bets, remove bonuses, or withhold amounts connected with misuse.

Security and Responsibility

4.16. You are solely responsible for safeguarding access to Your Account, including Your password, email account, device, wallet, recovery methods, and two-factor authentication.

4.17. You must notify Us immediately if You become aware of unauthorized access, suspicious activity, compromised credentials, or any other security breach.

4.18. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by Your disclosure, whether intentional, accidental, active, or passive, of login details or security information to any third party.

4.19. You are prohibited from borrowing, selling, transferring, lending, renting, purchasing, or sharing Accounts.

4.20. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under Your Account.

5. Acceptance Policy

5.1. We reserve the right to refuse any application for an Account at Our sole discretion.

5.2. 6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.5. We reserve the right to close Your Account at Our discretion where continuing to provide the Service creates legal, regulatory, security, payment, commercial, or responsible gambling risk.

7. Inactive Accounts

7.1. An inactive Account is an Account that has not been accessed or logged into for a continuous period determined by the Company.

7.2. We may notify You before applying inactivity measures where required.

7.3. We reserve the right to close inactive Accounts with zero balance at Our discretion.

7.4. If an inactive Account has a remaining balance, We may require identity verification, payment confirmation, security checks, or other information before reactivation or withdrawal.

8. Player Warranties

8.1. Prior to using the Service and on an ongoing basis, You represent, warrant, covenant, and agree as follows.

Capacity

8.2. You are over 18 years old, or over any higher minimum legal age required by the laws applicable to You.

8.3. You have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement and are not restricted by limited legal capacity, court order, gambling ban, self-exclusion, or similar restriction.

8.4. Your use of the Website is at Your own option, discretion, and risk.

Jurisdiction

Funds

8.16. You will not deposit or withdraw funds using crypto wallets categorized as illicit, high-risk, stolen, sanctioned, or connected to unlawful activity.

8.17. You will only deposit funds for the purpose of using them to place Bets or participate in Games on the Website.

8.18. You will not attempt to deposit funds while Your Account is suspended, blocked, restricted, or under self-exclusion.

8.19. You understand that participation in the Service involves the risk of losing funds.

8.20. You are not allowed to borrow or lend funds to another User through the Website.

8.21. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, declarations, or reporting obligations arising from Your use of the Service.

Account Activity

8.24. You will not conduct criminal or illicit activity through Your Account.

8.26. If We reasonably believe that You have breached any warranty in this Section, We may suspend or close the Account, void Bets, remove bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and take further action under these Terms.

9. Iron Pouch Deposit

9.1. To use paid Services, You must have funds available in Your Iron Pouch.

9.2. You may deposit funds only through payment methods made available to You on the Website.

9.3. You may only deposit funds using payment methods and crypto wallets that belong to You.

9.4. We may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts at Our discretion. These amounts may change and will be identified on the Website or payment screen where applicable.

9.5. Depending on the payment method, provider, network, currency, or blockchain used, additional fees may be charged by payment providers, network operators, or the Company.

9.6. Deposits may be processed immediately or may require bank approval, payment-provider confirmation, blockchain confirmation, internal review, security screening, or compliance checks.

9.7. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, blockchain networks, wallet providers, telecommunications providers, or other third parties.

10. Iron Pouch Withdrawals

General Rules

10.1. You may withdraw funds from Your Iron Pouch through payment methods made available to You on the Website, subject to these Terms and any applicable verification or wagering requirements.

10.2. We may require You to wager deposited funds before they become eligible for withdrawal.

10.3. We may set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts at Our discretion. These limits may change and will be identified on the Website or withdrawal screen where applicable.

10.4. Depending on the payment method, provider, currency, or blockchain used, fees may be charged by payment providers, network operators, or the Company.

10.5. If You have multiple withdrawals pending, We may reject, combine, delay, or request resubmission of those withdrawals for operational, security, or compliance reasons.

10.6. Before processing any withdrawal, We may perform enhanced due diligence and investigate Your Account, transactions, gameplay, source of funds, bonus activity, payment ownership, or location.

10.8. If funds are credited to Your Iron Pouch by mistake, those funds remain Our property and may be deducted. If You withdraw funds credited in error, the amount may be treated as a debt owed by You.

10.9. You must notify Us immediately if You become aware of an incorrect credit, payment error, balance error, or withdrawal error.

Fiat Withdrawals

10.10. Fiat withdrawals may be required to return to the same payment method used for deposit, unless We approve another method.

10.11. Where the original payment method is unavailable, closed, expired, blocked, or unsupported, We may request an alternative method and proof that it belongs to You.

10.12. If You deposited using multiple payment methods, We may split withdrawals across those methods at Our discretion.

10.13. Fiat withdrawals may be subject to bank checks, card rules, payment-provider limits, currency conversion, fees, compliance controls, and additional verification.

Crypto Withdrawals

10.14. Crypto withdrawals will be sent to the wallet address and network provided by You in the withdrawal request.

10.15. You are solely responsible for selecting the correct currency, network, wallet address, destination tag, memo, and receiving wallet.

10.16. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, wrong currencies, missing memos, wallet restrictions, blockchain congestion, third-party wallet failures, or irreversible crypto transfers.

10.17. Crypto withdrawals may be delayed by blockchain confirmations, network conditions, security checks, AML review, source-of-funds checks, or additional verification.

11. Cards and Chargebacks

11.1. Card deposits and other fiat transactions may be declined, delayed, reviewed, partially approved, reversed, or blocked by payment providers, banks, card issuers, fraud-prevention systems, or the Company.

11.2. We may request documents to verify identity, address, card ownership, payment authorization, or any other fact connected with a transaction.

11.3. If We incur chargebacks, reversals, denial of payments, refund demands, penalties, fees, or losses due to causes attributable to You, We may charge You for the relevant amounts.

11.4. We may set off any positive balance in Your Account against amounts owed by You.

11.5. If a chargeback or payment dispute is requested, We may block Your Account, suspend withdrawals, request information, reverse promotional benefits, recover amounts, or take legal action.

11.6. The balance of Your Account may become negative where a transaction is reversed after funds have been used, credited, wagered, or withdrawn.

11.7. You agree that initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Us may constitute a breach of these Terms.

11.8. If You have concerns about a transaction, You agree to contact support and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith before starting an external payment dispute.

12. Placing Bets and Wagers

12.1. We reserve the right to decline all or part of any Bet or Wager at Our sole discretion.

12.2. All Bets and Wagers are placed at Your own risk and discretion.

12.3. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the details of each Bet are correct, including stake, odds, game, market, event, selection, currency, and applicable rules.

12.4. Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot normally be cancelled or changed unless an edit, cash-out, cancellation, or similar feature is available and accepted by the system.

12.5. Funds allocated to Bets may not be available for any other use until the Bet is settled, voided, cancelled, or otherwise resolved.

12.6. We may cancel, void, reject, limit, or resettle Bets affected by fraud, collusion, wrong odds, technical error, feed error, market suspension, obvious mistake, system malfunction, bonus restriction, or breach of these Terms.

12.7. You may not place certain sportsbook Bets while an active bonus wagering requirement or promotion restriction applies to Your Account.

13. Bet and Wager Confirmation

13.1. A Bet will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in Your Account.

13.2. A Bet requested by You is valid only once accepted and recorded by Our servers.

13.3. Each accepted Bet may receive a unique transaction code, bet ID, round ID, or other record. We are not liable for settlement of Bets that are not recorded as accepted by the relevant system.

13.4. If You are unsure whether a Bet has been accepted, You should check Your Account history or contact support.

13.5. Where Bets are placed through a card or fiat payment method, the Bet may not be valid until payment has been received in full. If payment is not received before the relevant event begins, the Bet may be voided.

13.6. We may declare a Bet partly or fully void, adjust settlement, or close an Account if We believe that an event outcome was influenced, insider information was used, arbitrage or matched betting occurred, rules were ignored, criminal activity affected the event, odds changed materially, an error affected the market, automated systems were used, feed information was wrong, or irregular betting patterns occurred.

13.7. Evidence may include the size, volume, timing, pattern, location, technical source, Account links, or other characteristics of transactions placed through the Website.

13.8. Where an investigation by Us, a provider, payment partner, sports body, regulator, or other authority is required, settlement may be delayed pending the outcome.

13.9. If no fraudulent, unlawful, or rule-breaching conduct is found after review, settlement may be completed according to the applicable rules.

13.10. Where a series of transactions containing the same or related selections is placed by or for the same individual, group, connected Accounts, or syndicate, We may void those transactions or withhold payment pending review.

14. Bonus and Promotions

14.2. Bonuses and promotions are governed by these Terms, the Bonus and Promotion Policy, and the specific conditions attached to each offer.

14.3. Promotions may include eligibility requirements, opt-in rules, expiry dates, wagering requirements, minimum deposits, maximum Bets, maximum winnings, game restrictions, sportsbook restrictions, country restrictions, payment-method exclusions, and withdrawal limitations.

14.4. You must read and understand the applicable promotion rules before claiming or using any bonus.

14.5. Bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards, VIP rewards, or other incentives may expire if not claimed or used within the period stated in the relevant rules.

14.6. If We suspect bonus abuse, multiple-account abuse, coordinated play, low-risk wagering, hedge betting, prohibited-game use, technical exploitation, or any previous promotion abuse, We may remove eligibility, cancel bonuses, void winnings, or prohibit participation in future promotions.

15. Software and Errors

18.2. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, legal fees, and other charges arising as a result of:
